Art’s Cream Gallery, Pavillion KL

Pistachio for Mr. T and Straciatella (vanilla ice cream with chocolate chips) for me. I liked the pistachio (with yummy pistachio bits) over mine because the vanilla taste wasn’t as strong as I expected it to be. It’s a good thing he had a bigger scoop compared to mine ;)

Each Gelato scoop costs RM 6.90. Besides than serving gelato, Art’s Cream Gallery also has main dishes like spaghetti and lasagna. It has no service/tax charges, comes with free WiFi & the waiters/waitresses are friendly.

Mr Tom Yam, Sunway Giza

Mr Tom Yam reminds me a lot of Flying Chillies at The Gardens. In fact, if I’m not mistaken, both have the same menu with the same prices for their meals. Food & service quality wise, I prefer Flying Chillies over Mr Tom Yam. I don’t think I’ll be revisiting the latter again since both restaurants do not differ much from each other.

If you have a CIMB credit card, you’ll get 15% off your total bill. It’s a good deal especially when the price is on the steep side (e.g., RM 2.50 per bowl of rice) for small meal portions.
